How to return a product
Return Policy on Cosmetic Products
Plantarum-Mix states that for hygiene and care reasons.
For all cosmetic products such as skin care, facial creams, lotions, soaps, masks, makeup, perfume and makeup brushes, or anything that has direct contact with the skin once sold, they cannot be returned or replaced except for problems. quality, allergy or defective.
If you are sensitive to the product after use, please provide evidence to get a refund. Due to the valid term of use of certain cosmetics and conservation requirements, if the return is claimed for more than 7 days from the receipt of the product, or more than 1/3 of the product has been used, the return cannot be made.
For any product you want to return, you must contact us within 7 days from receipt of the product.
Products claimed for a return must have the original or adequate packaging to avoid damage during transport.
Returns of defective or damaged products.
For reasons beyond our control, it is possible to receive a product with a manufacturing defect or in poor condition. We kindly ask you as soon as you notice that the product has an anomaly, contact our customer service, informing us of the incident. Once you contact us, we will indicate the procedure for replacing the defective product.
Returns for damages arising from transport.
It is possible that the product suffers some type of damage derived from its handling or transport. In order to identify possible damage caused by transport, Plantarum-Mix recommends that its customers review the package at the time of receipt in order to identify possible blows, damage to the outside of it.
The return will be made after the product has been received by the Plantarum-Mix customer service offices and its status has been verified.
To proceed with the return, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org the following information:
- Full name of the client
- Cell phone number
- Order number or Product name, size
- Date when the purchase was made
- Reason why the product is returned

Once the order is placed, it will give you the option to make the payment at that time. In the event that you want to make the payment later, you can do it from the email that you will have received with the order confirmation.
In the event that you have chosen to pay through Paypal, the payment will be made in the last step of the purchase process.
Some banks may show a pre-authorization and a subsequent actual charge. This amount will be unlocked automatically. If not, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the unlocking of the pre-authorization.
We use SSL certification so that all processes are secure within the web.
When making a payment, it is the corresponding entity (Redsys, Ceca, Paypal) that offers its security methods so that the purchase is totally secure.

Plantarum-Mix ships to Contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, PO Boxes.
FREE shipping promotions
- Orders that qualify for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped only as long as the amount allocated for the promotion has been purchased.
- FREE or discounted shipping is available to the contiguous US only and excludes PO Boxes, APO / FPO addresses, and oversized packages.
Due to the current situation of covid 19, delivery times may vary depending on the state to which it is sent. Our orders are taking longer than the estimated time, we regret the inconvenience of these delays, but they are out of our control.
DELIVERY TIME BEGINS AFTER ONE TO TWO BUSINESS DAYS OF PROCESSING THE PURCHASE ORDER. (If the order was made on Friday, the order enters on Monday and can be counted from Wednesday).
- All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and item transportation.
- Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Our Priority Mail shipping is provided by, USPS.

Orders are generally processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days.
Plantarum-Mix wants to offer you a good service, but at the moment we only ship to contiguous USA and Aalaska, Hawaii, Shipping costs will be charged to the customer at the time of finalizing your order.
Orders that qualify for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped only through our Priority Mail service. FREE or discounted shipping is available in the contiguous US only. Includes Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories. Excludes PO Boxes, APO / FPO addresses, and packages over 3 pounds or oversize.

Plantarum-Mix. Makes every effort to ensure that all merchandise we present is in stock.
In the event that an item is out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of the selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item or if it has been charged, the money for the product that has not been shipped will be refunded. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock as we do not have a backorder system.

- In the case of having chosen the payment method through Paypal, the payment process will be completed on the Paypal website.
- In the case of having chosen the payment method through credit / debit card, the payment process will be completed at the Virtual POS of our bank.
- In the case of having chosen the payment method through bank transfer, we will indicate our account number in the last step of the purchase.
- In the case of having chosen the payment method through cash on delivery, the payment process will be finalized once the order arrives at your address.
